Cancellations:

Will be accepted provided the order has not been put into production or made especially for order.

Non-precious metal: 2% 10 days EOM
Precious metal: 2% 10 days EOM

Guarantee:
We guarantee replacement of any merchandise that is defective.
No merchandise can be returned or replaced without contacting our sales or office staff first.

Credit:
Open accounts will be available to customers who have established a credit rating.

Claims:
All returns shall be sent prepaid unless the shipment is being sent because of defective merchandise for which we assume full responsibility for shipping charges.

All claims resulting from error on shipments will be honored if such claim is made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.
